I discovered Phiten by accident.
I wandered into a shop where they asked if I wanted to try out their titanium tape, for free. At first I said no, but then, I figured "Why not?" so I tried it. I had them put two strips on my lower back, where I'd had soreness and aching for over a year. In 5 minutes the pain was gone. Wow!
So I bought a belt, which I wore for the next two years. During that time I got pregnant. I wore the belt throughout the pregnancy and had no back pain at all!
Now I wear the belt, necklace or bracelet as needed, when I feel pain.
My son, by the way, is happy and healthy!
